This is Ultimate Captain Marvel (Pluskommander Geheneris Halason Mahr Vehl).
I drew this as an exercise for foreshortening/action poses. It was drawn in pencil first, then inked with pitt pens and microns. The gray value was drawn with prismacolor pencil, as well as the blue/green colors on his body. The background was originally in prismacolor pencil, which was erased (although it was still visible) and painted with gouache.

when I worked on the kree for my marvel universe project my ones would look like the ultimate ones and the planet logo on the chest would be a rank for what kree has in the army
